Your products, carefully packaged and delivered to your home. Below you can read what you can expect from the shipping of your Calma order.
When will I receive my order?
If you order on a business day before 5:00 PM and the product is in stock, your order will normally be delivered the next business day. The usual delivery time is 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. In case of high demand or delays with the carrier, delivery may take longer. If anything changes regarding the delivery of your order, we will contact you.
What are the shipping costs?
The standard shipping costs are €6.95 per order. You will see the total amount in the checkout before finalizing your order. For a delivery address outside the standard delivery area, the options and rates shown in the checkout apply.
Tracking your package
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the available delivery information. Also check your spam folder if you have not received anything.
Change your address or have a problem with your package?
Email your order number and the correct address to info@calmaclinic.nl as soon as possible. As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we will see what is possible. Is your package damaged, delivered incorrectly, or delayed? Contact us and keep the packaging.
