At Calma, you pay via the secure Shopify checkout. Before paying, you will see an overview of your products, any discount, shipping costs, and the total amount.
Available payment methods
At Calma, you can pay with iDEAL Wero and with a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express (Amex) credit card. The available options for your order will be shown in the checkout. There, you can choose the payment method that suits you.
Prices and shipping costs
Our consumer prices are displayed in euros and include the applicable VAT. Standard shipping costs are €6.95. The checkout always shows the total amount to be paid before you complete your order.
Payment and order confirmation
After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation at the provided email address. We process your order as soon as the payment is confirmed. If you have not received a confirmation, please also check your spam folder.
Payment unsuccessful?
First, check whether the amount has been debited and whether you have received an order confirmation. If your payment failed, you can try again using an available payment method. Are you unsure whether your order went through? Email us before ordering again so that we can check this.
Refunds
