Which product is right for my skin?
Start with your skin concern or take the free skin test. The test gives an initial indication based on three short questions. Would you like comprehensive advice or are you already using active products? Book a skin analysis at the clinic.
Can I combine different products?
That depends on the formulas, your skin, and any treatments. In the product description, you will find out what the product is and how to use it. Combine active exfoliants and retinol carefully and ask us for advice if you are unsure.
When will my order be delivered?
Stock products ordered on a working day before 17:00 are usually delivered the next working day. The usual delivery time is 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next working day.
How much do I pay for shipping?
The standard shipping cost is €6.95. You will see the total before paying at checkout. Read more at Shipping & delivery.
How can I pay?
You pay via the secure checkout. The payment methods available for your order are listed there. Read more in our payment policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your package has not yet been shipped, we will see what is possible. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains valid; view the return conditions.
Can I return personal care products?
In principle, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. For sealed products that are not suitable to return for hygiene reasons, this right lapses as soon as the seal is broken after delivery. Read the full explanation at Exchanges & returns.
My package or product is not in order. What now?
Email your order number and a description of the problem to info@calmaclinic.nl. If possible, attach photos in case of damage or an incorrect product and keep the packaging.
